Richard ist ein 6 Monate altes Baby von Nancy Aktoh. Er ist der J\u00fcngste von 3 S\u00f6hnen. Die Familie wurde aus dem absurden Grund vom Vater verlassen, weil Nancy ihm ausschlie\u00dflich S\u00f6hne gebar. Sie lebt nun mit Richard und ihren 2 weiteren S\u00f6hnen allein in Kiberia und versucht mit Gelegenheitsjobs ihre Familie zu versorgen.

Upon examination by the nurse realized that the testicles could not be felt on the right side.
\nShe was referred to a pediatrician who recommended an ultra sound of the groin and testicles.
\nA Samaritan helped with the scan which revealed the right testicle as ectopic while the left as descended.
\nHe needs a surgery that will cost about Ksh 80-100 thousands.
